Job description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced iGaming Affiliate Manager for LATAM markets to develop and execute our affiliate and streamer marketing initiatives. We seek an individual with an analytical mindset who is social, flexible, and thrives in the rapidly evolving crypto gaming space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for our entire affiliate marketing strategy, but with a main focus on LATAM markets.
  • Carry out new affiliates acquisitions through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds, and emails.
  • Manage the onboarding process as well as business negotiations with affiliates.
  • Interact with various teams to address affiliate needs in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets and set marketing and sales goals to achieve revenue growth.
  • Maintain open communication with all affiliates on day-to-day issues.
  • Develop business strategies to improve affiliate programs.
  • Keep up to date with current trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
  • Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.
  • Organize and coordinate trade shows and other promotional activities for product launches and specials.
