The Role

We are looking for an Health & Wellbeing Advisor who can also cover an established Risk portfolio, during a maternity cover. Your main role and responsibility, after the team member's maternity, will be focusing on Healthcare propositions and new business development. This role is remote with the option of on-site visits in one the Titan's offices in either London or Bristol.
Job ResponsibilitiesWork with Titan Advisers to understand the business and the promote products and campaigns. Achieve set business targets through campaigns. Run campaigns to ensure members are kept fully informed of Titan’s proposition(s). Demonstrate the highest professional standards in all dealings with prospective clients. Develop business relationships quickly and remotely with a robust contact and engagement strategy with all stakeholders including providers and prospective clients. Highlight key sales differentiators to promote Titan proposition. Work closely with others in the team and the wider distribution division to co-ordinate efforts and share ideas. Undertake projects, organise events and take responsibility for communicating with to stakeholders including clients as and when required, to support the needs of the business or to achieve departmental objectives. Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required, always bearing in mind TCF and the needs of the business.To highlight to your line manager procedures & processes that do not adhere to the principles of TCF/RCR and to put forward suggestions that improve the TCF/RCR practices within the department.Job RequirementsHealth, Wellbeing & Group Risk knowledge and expertise Experience of working within a relevant FCA regulated business.IS7 or GRI qualification is a MUSTCII QualificationsMaths and English GCSE, grade 5 or above, or equivalent.Strong technical understanding of employee benefits design and products.Analytical and numerical ability – able to analyse and interpret data, evaluate data.Highly competent with Microsoft Excel and WordGood communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships Strong process orientation with a desire to do things right first time. Ability to plan own workload and manage conflicting demands and deadlines. Be a great, creative problem solver. Be able to influence people to change their behaviours and established practices.
