Job Title: Senior OnBase Developer

Summary:
 The Senior OnBase Developer will collaborate with business partners and IT management to deliver application development solutions, whether through creating new programs, modifying existing code, or integrating third-party solutions. The role involves working within an Agile team to drive user adoption of ECM technologies while supporting and enhancing existing systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain OnBase Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy custom workflows within the OnBase platform, integrating with internal and external systems to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with business units and IT management to understand needs, delivering high-quality ECM solutions, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Serve as a Technical Expert: Provide guidance and support in OnBase development, driving functionality advancements and optimizing processes within the organization.
• Support and Enhance Existing Systems: Maintain and improve current OnBase systems, ensuring stability, performance, and security in alignment with best practices.
• Participate in Agile Development: Engage in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups, to support ECM technology adoption and business value delivery.
• Integrate with Various Technologies: Utilize knowledge of CSS, SQL, JavaScript, C#, and ServiceNow to create cohesive solutions. Leverage OnBase certifications and expertise to optimize development and integration processes.
• Ensure Compliance and Security: Maintain compliance with Department of Defense and other regulatory requirements, especially regarding the confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
• Foster a Collaborative Remote Environment: Encourage a culture of open communication and trust within the remote team, building strong relationships across departments.
• Provide Training and Support: Offer guidance to users and team members to maximize the use of OnBase and other ECM technologies, sharing best practices to strengthen team capabilities.
• Adapt to Evolving Technology: Stay current with new features and industry best practices, demonstrating flexibility in adopting new tools and workflows.

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to Department of Defense restrictions.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent post-high school education/work experience.
• 3+ years of application development experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with OnBase or similar ECM systems.
• Proficiency in CSS, SQL, JavaScript, and C#.
• OnBase Certifications (e.g., OCWA, OCAWA, OCSE, OCAPI, OCWV, OCI, OCSA, OCASA).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and ServiceNow.
• Ability to work independently and maintain existing code.

Remote Work Requirements:

• High-speed cable or fiber internet.
• Minimum of 100 Mbps downstream and at least 10 Mbps upstream internet connection (checkable via SpeedTest).
