C/C++ Developer - LLM

Experience: 4 - 12 Years

Opportunity: Full Time, 8 hours, 4 hours Mandatory overlap with PST

Contract length: 6 Months

Total Years Of exp- 4+ years Mandatory

Mandatory Skills- C: 4 years, or C++: 4 years

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features for the next generation of dialog agents. These agents will have diverse applications in education, entertainment, and general question-answering. This is an exciting opportunity for engineers eager to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to innovative projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Review the code/solutions generated by an AI system, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices
Organize the development cycle, effectively manage project priorities, and specify goals and deadlines
Use your expertise in C / C++ programming to help resolve difficult coding issues that come up during AI validation
Create a collaborative environment within the team that encourages innovation, communication, and continued improvement
Verify the accuracy, efficiency, and dependability of AI-generated code by validating it
Work with cross-functional teams to identify strategies for enhancing the AI system's capabilities and integrating it with other elements
Analyze team members' code and provide constructive feedback to promote a high caliber of software development

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
Demonstrated ability to lead, ideally overseeing a group of software engineers
In-depth knowledge of the C /C++ programming languages and the best practices for software development
Desirable to have some experience with AI systems and code-creation technologies
Identify and add to public GitHub repositories that need improvement in a proactive manner which can involve developing new features and reworking existing code, and it will have a major influence on projects with large codebases (50K+ lines of code). It will be good to have candidates who have used Github in the past.
Train LLM models with high-quality, stable, and scalable back-end components using the newest coding best practices in a variety of languages and frameworks.
Ability to collaborate closely with developers, inspiring and setting an example for them
Outstanding problem-solving abilities as well as the capacity for critical and strategic thought
Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in English, both written and verbal
