Key responsabilities:
- Provide high level consultative proactive client service
- Maintain detailed understanding of retirement plans and Ascensus products
- Resolve client issues and engage with value added consulting
- Create effective working relationships within the team and departments
- Deliver client retention strategies, identify risks, and communicate clearly
