Job Title: Architect - CGI Specialist

 

Location: Remote

 

Job Type: Full-Time

 

Job Description:

As an Architect - CGI Specialist, you will play a crucial role in transforming architectural concepts into vivid, realistic visualizations. You will work closely with design teams to produce high-quality CGI renderings, animations, and virtual walkthroughs for a variety of projects.

 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and produce CGI renderings and animations that accurately represent architectural designs.

- Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into detailed visual presentations.

- Utilize advanced 3D modeling and rendering software to create photo-realistic images and animations.

- Participate in the entire design process, from concept through to final visualization, ensuring consistency and quality.

- Manage and organize CGI assets, including textures, models, and lighting setups.

- Provide technical guidance on CGI best practices to the design team.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in CGI and architecture visualization.



Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing CGI skills.

- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar.

- Experience in architectural design, with an ability to interpret architectural drawings and concepts.

- Strong artistic skills with an eye for composition, lighting, color, and detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with design teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects) for post-processing of images and animations.

- Knowledge of BIM software like Revit and its integration with CGI tools.

- Prior experience in an architectural firm with a focus on visualization.

- Familiarity with the Unreal Engine Platform
