We currently have a career opportunity for an Account Executive to join our Adobe team.

Job Overview:

The Account Executive is a limited portfolio seller, focused on a specific solution set, and aligned to our Adobe partner relationships. This individual will have assigned territories and will be responsible for solution growth with all clients in their territory. The Account Executive works in an overlay capacity with Account Developers and Account Managers in existing clients, but also have the responsibility to open new client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall relationship and communication with key clients and have full command of their business model, application landscape and how Perficient solutions deliver value.
  • Manage and execute the entire end-to-end selling process, working closely with the Perficient delivery team (initial lead inquiry, qualification of opportunities, requirements gathering, project scope definition, effort estimation, proposal development, SOW creation, contract negotiation and closing).
  • Develop and manage key relationships with Adobe clients and Partner field representatives to drive additional new business and provide proper communication on account activity.
  • Lead and manage customer engagement opportunities from lead generation, to deal review, to negotiations and closing a deal.
  • Travel to client sites where needed (up to 50% travel).

Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: 8-15+ years of services sales or professional consulting experience.
  • Candidate must be able to speak to how Adobe products and other technologies integrate with each other and how they work across various enterprise use cases
  • Exhibit a strong working knowledge of the complete capabilities of Adobe's Experience Cloud solutions
  • Your primary responsibility will be to drive growth for Perficient through the selling of Adobe services and strategic digital experience opportunities utilizing the Adobe Experience Cloud. Solutions will span CMS, DAM, CDP, Personalization and much more.
  • Candidate to be located in the United States.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue objectives in complex solutions environment at Fortune 500 clients.
  • Knowledge of/experience with structured sales methodologies, e.g., Strategic Selling, Solution Selling, SPIN, Power based Selling, Target Account Selling.
  • Able to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend Adobe solutions that add value to their business.
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and listening skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and team-building skills.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $73,008 to $170,640. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
