The Account-Based Marketing Campaign Manager is a partner of strategic account teams in scoping and planning efforts to position our brand and gain credibility in our ability to help clients solve their most challenging and unique problems.

IF YOU ARE

  • Qualified with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Demonstrating 5 or more years of experience in account-based marketing
  • Showing a proven track record of project management and strong attention to detail
  • Knowledgeable about the marketing technology (MarTech) stack
  • Experienced in budget management
  • Adept at using marketing channels to reach, inform, engage, and convert audiences
  • Skilled in bridging marketing and strategic sales, with mastery in organizing and utilizing account intelligence
  • Exceptional in project management and cross-functional leadership, ensuring the timely launch of high-quality campaigns
  • Understanding the role and sequencing of content and channels to achieve awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Reporting to business unit stakeholders on campaign progress, performance, and marketing investment against key KPIs
  • Exemplary in communication skills, both verbal and written


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Understand account context, competition presence, and goals to architect hyper-targeted campaigns
  • Define the set of inputs required for ABM campaign strategy and planning, including account strategic initiatives, persona and relationships map, competitive landscape, and current pipeline
  • Build account insights through public information and account team inputs
  • Create detailed and innovative omnichannel campaign plans with blueprints, including content, digital, web, social, traditional media, events, partner integration, sales and executive engagements
  • Develop trust and deep relationships with marketing centers of excellence, including digital, social, Market Development Representatives (MDR), events, web, and content
  • Cooperate with the analytics team to report on the results of ABM campaigns
  • Manage overall division marketing plans to integrate or separate account targets and leverage available assets
  • Create positive cross-functional collaborations, believing in the power of teamwork
  • Gather insights and information to inform the content strategy
  • Improve the ABM processes through the funnel: from awareness to lead nurturing and customer communication
  • Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize
  • Continuously conduct A/B testing across all channels and audience segments
