Silver.dev Talent Pool - Frontend Engineer

Our portfolio is constantly growing at Silver.dev and we wish to evaluate and process more candidates for faster placements at our companies. By going through the pre-vetting process you will be considered first for our positions as well as skip interview processes and steps, giving you better chances and shorter interview processes than other candidates.

What to expect

Async Behavioral and Technical Interviews: The Talent pool interview process is async, untimed, and collection is automated. You will be evaluated in English, Communication skills, and Code Fluency.

Feedback: Once submissions are complete, your answers will be reviewed and you will get feedback, materials, and recommendations on how to improve.

You do not need to be looking for a new position to apply!

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of experience or 3Y+ in a startup

• English is at the B2 level or higher (First Certificate, or already working in an English environment)

• Deep Expertise in React & Javascript

• Located in Argentina / Uruguay

We will assess you in the following way:

1. Request of a Loom Recording for English and background verification

2. Technical Challenge (1~2hrs)
