Responsibilities

Intro from the Manager - Ilya Kochik

Hi, I’m Ilya, ex McKinsey and Google, and now part of Toloka’s Growth and Strategy Team. We are looking for a consultant initially for a 3-6 month contract GenAI project, with the potential to convert into a full-time role later on.

In this project, you will help us identify new opportunities with some of our most important clients (from Big Tech companies to renowned startups)

You will help us to structure our expertise and offers that have been delivered (in collaboration with the Delivery team).
You’ll also help us to more accurately map client teams, identifying opportunities (through background research and publications review), and supporting client discussions.

You'll gain insight into how GenAI is being built (with data as the core component), work cross-functionally being able to observe what various teams are doing, and get hands-on experience supporting go-to-market strategies in a startup environment.

Requirements

Our Needs

Good consulting background (Current or previous experience in a Big 3 Company)
Able to have deep commercial and technical conversations,
Background in STEM, data science, data engineering or machine learning,
Interest in working in a genuinely fast paced, dynamic, innovative team environment,
Generally a good understanding and interest in the AI market, its current and future trends, pain points and opportunities,
Location - Remote US or Europe
