Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) on Instagram and other social media platforms.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and research on social media trends.
  • Design and oversee social media campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
  • Analyze key metrics and adjust strategy as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, customer service) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a social media manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Instagram and other social media best practices.
  • Experience with social media analytics and tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
