Our client is seeking a dynamic and innovative Sr. User Experience Designer to join their diverse team.
As a Sr. User Experience Designer, you will be part of a team of eight, supporting the design needs of acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives, as well as the mobile app - all of which are top priorities for our client. The primary goal of this role is to increase our client's design capacity to support their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate independently, breaking down business problems and engaging partners in solution delivery
Deliver clear design directions, considering the full lens of the user journey
Collaborate effectively with UX Research and UX Writing teams to deliver comprehensive projects
Contribute to a team culture that values diversity, inclusion, and equity
Required Skills and Experience:
5-10 years of experience in user experience design and strategy
Proficiency in Agile practices
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Figma, JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and After Effects
Experience in interaction design
Experience in specialty retail
