Job description

This is a remote position.

We are a reputable boutique recruitment consultancy with offices in Swindon are looking for a number of successful high billing Recruitment Consultants to join their expanding team on a national level. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a reputable company working on both temp, perm and contract positions specialising in any sector and open to multiple sectors.

You’ll be based entirely remote. This opportunity requires entrepreneurial recruiters, who thrive on working autonomously, and who are happy to

self-manage their own workload. This amazing opportunity allows you to set your own hours, work whenever you want, Limited company set up, tax advice.

If you are a consistent high biller, perhaps its time to upgrade your career and take the next step to a commission based only role earning far more potential than you ever could in PAYE. In return for this exciting opportunity, you will earn 60% of all the profits you make.  Being self-employed offers you the flexibility to work remotely from any location in the UK and service/sell into multi cities/locations.

You will be given all the tools to succeed – Access to all job boards, Director support, company branding, CRM IT Systems, centralised database, Terms and Conditions, centralised compliance/admin support, funding facility to payroll temps & contract staff. Consultants will be responsible for the whole 360 recruitment process from sales, business development, candidate, and client management.



Requirements

Other duties will include: -

  • Business Development & Sales, bringing on new business creating own client base
  • Working to KPI's
  • Identify prospective exceptional candidates using a variety of channels
  • Create a candidate persona for each open position.
  • Conduct confidential interviews and assessing capabilities
  • Build strong long-term client relationships
  • Research and develop recruiting leads
  • Develop a sustainable candidate led strategy
  • Full Profit & Loss Responsibility.
  • Developing and implementing business development strategies at local level and national level

 Ideal Person Specification

  • Experienced Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant – min 2 years exp with a proven track record high billing - 10K – 15K per month £130K + per year as a successful Recruitment Consultant billing consecutively each month.
  • A self-starter with exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • You will have the drive and energy to build a desk from scratch, to take it to the next level and be results driven
  • Candidates must come from a sales & recruitment background in agency setting with desire to succeed in leading company.
