- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collect & analyze customer feedback, monitor satisfaction metrics
- Design customer experience programs, refine internal processes
- Ensure clear, consistent customer communication, collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Track KPIs related to customer experience, prepare reports for senior management
