Job description

Hello from TITAN! We’re a leading Israeli-based SaaS company specializing in seamless Salesforce and SAP integration. Our products redefine digital engagement on the Salesforce platform. We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. If you’re passionate about sourcing top talents and have a knack for top-notch technology, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through diverse channels and screen applications.
  • Conduct Zoom interviews with candidates from EU, Israel and the US and coordinate hiring processes.
  • Maintain candidate records using applicant tracking systems (Comeet).
  • Stay updated on industry trends for optimal talent acquisition.
  • Help with HR operations: onboarding tasks, scheduling meetings, equipment orders and events in Israel.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in the global market.
  • A mother-tongue level English and Hebrew.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Comeet or similar ATS systems).
  • CRM and AI tools experience – an advantage.
  • Positive mindset and great people skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities, self-motivated and capable of independent work.
  • Open-minded and adaptable.
  • Willingness to work in the US time zone for at least 2-3 days a week when recruiting from this market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or a related field is an advantage, but not mandatory.
