How will you make a difference
  • Be responsible for supervising the technical performance of a group of apps projects of different industries.
  • Lead and manage multiple teams of tech professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve the project's´ goals.
  • Act as a technical expert, providing oversight and guidance on projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and efficient project delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives and drive technological advancements.
  • Stay informed about the latest technology trends and developments, recommending innovative solutions to improve processes and procedures.
  • Establish performance standards and KPIs to ensure good monitoring of the team.
  • Provide support and guidance to those responsible for different tech teams on team management, leadership styles and coaching.
  • Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during project execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical leadership role, managing teams and delivering successful projects.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in software development, infrastructure management, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies is a plus
