Job description

Your Responsibilities:
  • You will conduct onsite product demonstrations, answer technical questions, contribute to proposals, analyze clients’ needs, and develop technical solutions in a pre-sales ISP environment.
  • Become the technical subject matter expert on TP-Link Business Networking products, features, functions, and benefits, while being able to share that knowledge with audiences of our ISP partners.
  • Understand customer and partner’s requirements on project; successfully deploy full TP-Link product solutions.
  • Create design/deployment guides for both external and internal audiences.
  • Maintain strong interpersonal presentation and troubleshooting skills.
  • Provide strong support in ISP testing.
Your Profile:
  • Proven track record of several years in a similiar role; past product and project experience with ISP projects preferably in the telecom industry.
  • You're able to communicate complex technical topics to customers and co-workers of varying technical skill levels.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP stack, application protocols (DHCP/DNS/HTTPs), and networking concepts.
  • Knowledge of Gateway and expansion products (DSL/VDSL/GPON/Fiber Conncetion/4G /Mesh / Repeaters etc,.)
  • Experience of networking and tele-communications products and solutions.
  • Skilled in end-to-end network troubleshooting.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken & written)
  • You have excellent technical presentation and communication skills
