Job Overview:
The Human Resource Specialist (Recruitment Focus) will streamline our recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to drive the company's success. This role encompasses all aspects of recruitment, from candidate sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and retention efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Strategy:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and establish recruitment plans.
  2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

    • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates.
    • Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
    • Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and professional recruitment process.
  3. Talent Acquisition:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting positions to negotiating job offers.
    • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms.
    • Stay informed about industry trends to adapt and enhance recruitment strategies.
  4. Onboarding and Orientation:

    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
    • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and culture.
  5. Employer Branding:

    • Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand.
    • Implement initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
  6. Data Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
    • Utilize HRIS systems to track and manage candidate and employee information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist with a focus on recruitment.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
