Salary range: S$162,810 - S$180,900 SGD + commission + generous stock options

About the role

As a Head of Sales APAC, you will play a pivotal role in developing and expanding our presence across the Region. This is a role for a proven leader with a deep understanding of the carbon market.

You will drive growth, build client relationships, and deliver exceptional results. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer in the UK, you will be responsible for implementing a strategic plan for the unique needs of our investors and corporates across APAC

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead our commercial efforts for the APAC Region by building relationships with our target Corporations & investor organisations.
  • Build and develop the initial sales pipeline for all products in the Region. Once we have achieved both commercial success and a level of pipeline maturity, build out the commercial team for the Region.
  • Drive deals through the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial discovery, through platform demos and to final closing, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service in each stage.
  • Deploy focused outbound sales campaigns that seek to obtain demand-led mandates or promote supply that we have available via either exclusive partnerships or from our RFP processes. You will work closely with our Marketing & Origination teams to develop & execute effective sales strategies.
  • Partner with the product team to feedback on customer insights and pain points that will inform our product strategy. Work closely with marketing to ‘regionalise’ any relevant communications.
  • Be the regional face of the company, building our brand presence by attending & networking at industry events.
  • Work cross-functionally with other senior stakeholders, especially with our Head of Sales - EMEA & Director - Partnerships, to help coordinate pan-regional deals and build relevant partnership relationships
  • Responsible for providing function-specific recommendations on budgeting and headcount requirements as we grow our business in 2025 & beyond.
  • Lead a high-performing APAC sales function, setting clear OKRs and supporting team development by providing coaching and mentorship.
  • Actively foster an inclusive and diverse team environment, promoting a sense of belonging and creating opportunities for the team to contribute and be heard.
  • Uphold and promote the company values, ensuring they are embedded in the Sales team’s ways of working.
Who we’re looking for
  • 10+ years experience in commercial roles, both as an individual contributor and leading a team, with a focus on selling technology platforms and related advisory & transaction services to both corporate and financial organisations within the APAC region.
  • Understanding & familiarity with carbon markets, climate finance, investment advisory and/or environmental markets trading, ideally working in a similar commercial role representing carbon projects.
  • Someone with a strong network of sustainability professionals and investors in the impact and climate space.
  • Experience in driving commercial growth within a start-up or scale-up business.
