Description
Responsibilities:
• Manage large scale technical projects covering cross functional teams, including technical project planning, monitoring and controlling the project performance
• Assist the MCD Program Managers to implement portfolio, program and project management best practices
• Communicate various report and project status, issues and risks timely to all stake holders, cross functional teams and managers
• Help manage Change Control, Issues and Risks to ensure timely implementation of projects, to include carrying out risk assessments, identifying project roadblocks, and driving mitigations / solutions
• Work as part of a cross-functional group to evolve the Project Management Methodologies and influence organizational process improvement
• Contribute to development and maintenance of PMO standards, processes, and best practices
• Assist with producing monthly SLA reports for customers using various tools such as ServiceNow, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree plus ten (10) years of experience or Master’s Degree, plus five (5) years of experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of Analytical and Technical Project/Program management experience
• Two (2) plus years of experience in Cloud / IT operation, software engineering, systems engineering or similar experience
• Two (2) plus years of experience within a SAP environment • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills including Excel
• A high standard for work ethic and quality is required
• Experience working with highly technical teams
• Strong proficiency with full Microsoft Office suite including MS Project is required
• Experience with ServiceNow is preferred
