Chemours is seeking a Account Manager for Western Europe to join our growing Sales team! This position will report directly to the EMEA Business Director. The position can be based in Switzerland, Belgium, France, Spain or Italy and can require up to 40% of travelling.
The primary responsibility of this position is to grow and develop the Chemours Titanium Technologies’ business in Western Europe, with a focus on the Italian market.
This role is part of the EMEA commercial team that is accountable for the revenue and gross contribution of a large territory (Europe, Middle East and Africa) serving a diverse group of customers in the coatings, plastics and paper industries.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead commercial activities at the accounts or geography of responsibility.
- Execute our growth strategy and drive new business development.
- Nurture and enhance key relationships with existing customers in the region.
- Embody best-in-class commercial competency.
- Develop and gain alignment from various internal resources (Technical Team, Marketing, Supply Chain) on strategic and near-term objectives per account/region and direct execution.
- Manage forecast goal setting and deliver agreed-to results.
- Ensures performance of all financial aspects of the business.
