Lead Magento Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Magento Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and managing Magento e-commerce platforms. This role involves leading a team of developers to design, implement, and optimize Magento solutions that meet business objectives and enhance the user experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Magento developers.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Magento e-commerce solutions.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and define system requirements.
Customize and configure Magento themes and modules to meet business needs.
Develop custom Magento extensions to enhance platform functionality.
Integrate Magento with third-party applications and systems.
Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging to resolve technical issues.
Ensure that all Magento customizations adhere to best practices and company standards.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Magento applications.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Magento configurations and customizations.
Provide training and support to end-users and team members on Magento functionality and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Magento and incorporate relevant advancements into the development process.
Participate in project planning and management, including task estimation, resource allocation, and project tracking.
Ensure data integrity and security across all Magento applications.

Skills and Requirements:

Proven experience as a Magento Developer with team leadership experience.
