We're looking for an experienced free-to-play, live operations or systems designers who have built games with longevity. We’re always interested in passionate individuals excited about building the next hit evergreen games or maintaining some of the largest live games in the world.

The Quest:
  • Play a key design role on a team making word class game as a service games
  • Design game systems, monetization features, quests, content, control schemes and more
  • Work closely with artists and programmers to turn your design ideas into reality
  • Use playtests and metrics to make decisions and refine your work
  • Champion the discipline of sustainable live-ops design by mentoring and giving feedback
  • Pitch creative ideas for new features and upcoming projects
The Skills:
  • Demonstrated passion for live games on multiple platforms, including mobile
  • 3+ years of experience as a live or systems game designer, or equivalent background
  • Expert knowledge of free-to-play and/or subscription game design fundamentals
  • Advanced understanding of game metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Proficient English with outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt and hit deadlines in a fast-paced and creative environment
  • Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork
