As a Business Development Representative, you will drive sales growth for the Direct to Brand team by conducting research, generating and qualifying leads, performing cold outreach, proactively initiating conversations, networking and social selling.  The position will be responsible for partnering with the sales team to add net new logos, as well as expand existing accounts through the identification of new contacts, buying centers and positioning SAGO products and services against whitespace opportunities.

SUCCESSFUL OUTCOMES:

●        Increased Lead Generation: Consistently generate a high volume of quality leads.

●        Effective Lead Qualification: Accurately qualify leads to ensure high conversion rates.

·         Improve Client Engagement: Increase sales through qualified and Interactive demos.

●        Enhanced Sales Pipeline: Maintain a robust and active sales pipeline with timely follow-ups.

●        Stronger Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients.

●        Accurate CRM Records: Keep precise and current SFDC records of all sales activities for reliable data.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

●        Identify and Generate Leads: Research and identify potential customers through various channels.

●        Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to generate leads.

●        Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.

●        Appointment Setting: Set appointments and follow up on leads for timely progression through the sales process.

●        Showcase SAGO: Showcase our Qual & Quant products and demonstrate how we solve a prospective client’s problems.

●        CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

●        Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline.

●        Market Awareness: Stay informed on market trends, competition, and industry developments.

●        Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

●        Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

●        Experience: 3+ years in a sales or business development role, preferably in a MR environment. Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data collection methodologies.

●        Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Salesforce CPQ proficiency is a plus.
