RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales Operations Support: Assist the sales team with pre-sales and post-sales operations, including sales data collection, inventory management, deviation analysis, customer credit line applications, and management of letters of credit and related order documents.
  • Counselling and Policy Transfer: Provide regular counselling and policy updates to various business modules, including system process management, emergency handling, and other business-related matters.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate communication between the EU team and the EBC ATC team, coordinating with departments such as sales, finance, legal, commercial, delivery, logistics, customer service, and production.
  • Customer and Data Management: Manage customer relationships, contracts, funds, and other regional data to ensure accuracy and efficiency. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Proficiency in Chinese, Italian, and English.
  • Relevant internship or work experience, in foreign trade follow-up or the photovoltaic/solar industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical abilities, flexibility, adaptability, and excellent learning and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural teams and handle various data proficiently.
