Role Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Medical Device Sales Representative to spearhead the expansion of our market share within the southeastern territory, encompassing key states such North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Georgia. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a solid track of successful medical device sales, who thrives on building relationships and expanding territories. The ideal candidate will have the ability to utilize pre-existing connections to quickly generate sales and will be adept at navigating complex sales environments to drive product adoption and growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the company’s products.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, both live and virtual, to a variety of stakeholders including hospital personnel from supply chain managers to C-suite executives.
  • Drive the expansion of the territory through strategic marketing, exceptional customer engagement, and targeted sales initiatives.
  • Proactively identify customer challenges and develop innovative solutions to promote the unique value propositions of Sol-Millenium’s product portfolio.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, respond to bids, and achieve or exceed sales quotas.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales success in the medical device sector, specifically within hospitals and acute care settings.
  • Demonstrable experience leveraging established relationships to facilitate quick market penetration and sales growth.
  • Strong familiarity with the local healthcare environments in key states for the territory (North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Georgia)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of GPO sales cycles (e.g., Premier, HPG, Vizient).
  • Experience with disposable/consumable medical devices.
  • Solid understanding of the medical device manufacturing and distribution landscape.
