About the job

On our journey to redefine the future of work, we are looking for a Chief Growth Officer who will take responsibility for commercial activities and will play a crucial role in driving sustainable growth and revenue.

We are an early stage startup, so you will be joining a small tight team as a partner to CEO/Co-Founder. You will have direct impact on the overall strategy of the organisation.

 

Your responsibilities

First and foremost, given your experience and the dynamic nature of a fast-paced early-stage startup, the focus of your role is likely to evolve. You will play a key part in redefining the list of responsibilities below:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
    • Drive continuous experimentation with new ideas and strategies to drive growth.
    • Collaborate with the product organisation to package and position our offering effectively.
    • Lead commercial product launches.
    • Operate with agility, swiftly adapting to changes and new opportunities.
    • Educate the market about the future of work and our role in shaping it.
    • Drive demand generation efforts to attract customers.
    • Establish scalable marketing, sales, and support processes, eventually building and leading these teams.
    • Grow the revenue. Ensure sustainable growth by managing CAC and CLTV.

    Who are you

    • You have done “the journey” before - have been part of growing a startup from idea to Series A.
    • Leadership experience - you have built & led commercial teams before and know how to drive things forward.
    • Tech industry, preferably B2B SaaS, background in a Commercial, Growth, GTM, Marketing or Sales role.
    • You are an organised person with an agile and growth mindset.
    • You are not afraid of ownership and responsibility. The opposite - you get excited by driving impact.
    • We are a small team so you are looking for a job where you can deliver hands-on impact.
    • You understand how to generate demand, especially in a new category.
    • You love crunching numbers & base effective decisions on insights.
    • You love interacting with users across the world and are always ready to pitch.
    • You’ve worked with a mix of product / sales / marketing-led growth teams with no fear of failure.
    • You understand network effect and viral growth loops.
    • You are passionate about the future of work and driving productivity and happiness in hybrid and remote teams.
    • You value location flexibility and would love to join a remote international team. You have experience of working remotely.
    • You speak fluent revenue & English.
