Website Performance Specialist at AutoVitals

The AutoVitals suite of SaaS products and websites are designed to solve many of the current hurdles faced by auto repair shops. Our mission is to help auto repair shops drive profitable growth by attracting new customers, providing superior communication and customer service, increased shop efficiency, higher average repair orders, and more. This role will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the web development and CS team to ensure the client's website reflects their brand in the market.
• Act as a website, and AutoVitals subject matter expert in support of the CS team to answer in-depth website, SEO, and digital marketing questions.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting using internal, and 3rd party reporting tools.
• Leverage AutoVitals’ website analytics dashboard and other 3rd-party tools to evaluate site health, performance, and opportunities and develop strategies based on those results.
• Partner with internal team members to provide an awesome coordinated client experience.
• Generate opportunities for AutoVitals' account management team for additional marketing and web services.
• Perform basic website edits using our proprietary website platform.
• Provide SEO guidance or answers in response to customer questions.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, and/or local SEO

• Resourceful, self-motivated, proactive team player, adept at time management and prioritization of responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop customer relationships, particularly in a distanced work environment.
• Ability to grasp complex technical processes, analyze data sets, and spontaneously discuss benefits with customers.
• Communicates with diplomacy, courtesy, and a positive attitude at all times.
• Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; acts as a change agent, not a change opponent
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently or in a remote setting
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• Highly proficient in Google tools, including Google Business Profile, Analytics and Search Console
• Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus.

Salary Range Transparency

Full Time, Salary Exempt $60,000 - $75,000

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications and alignment with market data.
