Sunweb Group is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance department. As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring that all invoices are processed timely and accurately and can be paid on due date.
AP department
As an AP administrator you will join our Operations team that is part of the Finance department. This team focusses on processing invoices, solving processing issues and continuous process/system improvements to automate the work as much as possible.
Your impact
During the week you will contribute 25% of your time on improving the current process, 35% of your time you will be in contact by mail and telephone with mostly international creditors and internal stakeholders and 40% of your time you are checking and matching invoices.
