Position: Freelance Business Development Executive

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Business Development

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Freelance Business Development Executive to join our team in London in collaboration with our Malta office. This role is ideal for a confident self-starter with a proven track record in business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base. This is a freelance position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to earn competitive commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and expand client base.
  • Generate leads for potential business collaboration with the Malta team
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Present and pitch company products/services to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confidence and ability to present and negotiate at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
