Job Title: IT Support Contractor
Location: San Francisco, Bay Area, Hybrid
Salary range: Base $45-$50 per hour.

As an independent IT Support Contractor, you are responsible to help end users with technical issues and help manage all aspects of various IT operations within different client organizations. Occasionally you will need to go on-site to various customers in the greater San Francisco Bay Area and perform required tasks.

Your daily routine and main responsibilities will include:

• Review, solve tickets and provide well articulated ticket notes.
• Assist customers with various technical and non technical tasks.
• Assist with support of many cloud apps across various customers.
• Assist the IT team with technical and non technical tasks.
  
• Use various IT support tools.

What you bring to the table:

• Proven experience using AI tools like ChatGPT.
• B.S. or M.S. in MIS, Computer Sciences or proven IT background.
• You have excellent communication skills across all channels.
• You have a talent for dedicated end-user support and remain calm even during tricky problem resolutions.
• Mastering new tools and apps comes natural to you.
• You feel driven and are dependable in a remote work environment.
• You are a meticulous time- and record keeper with an eye on multiple deadlines.
• You have experience with project/task management.
• You have a valid driver license and a car.
