Who we're looking for:
· A seasoned consulting professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience, including proven success leading and building PMO functions within a consulting environment.
· A strategic manager with a keen eye for process optimization and the ability to translate vision into a robust service delivery framework.
· A collaborative leader known for fostering strong relationships with all levels of the organization, including technology practice leaders, project managers, scrum masters, business analysts, quality assurance specialists, and sales teams globally.
· A data-driven leader with a strong understanding of IT project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and reporting tools.
· An experienced communicator who can effectively present complex operational concepts and audit findings to diverse audiences.
What you will do:
· RAPID Framework Leadership: Lead the design, development, and implementation of OZ Digital's RAPID service delivery framework across the entire client lifecycle, from initial pre-sales engagement through successful service execution and post-implementation support. This includes establishing and leading the PMO function, defining processes, methodologies, and best practices for efficient service delivery across all client engagements globally.
· Provide Direct Leadership: Oversee and provide strategic direction for the Business Analysis, Quality Assurance,
Project Management, and Scrum Master groups within Global Consulting. Foster a culture of collaboration and high
performance, ensuring all teams are aligned with the RAPID framework and OZ Digital's overall service delivery goals.
· Global Consulting Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement across OZ Digital's global consulting operations. Conduct regular audits of all consulting processes within the RAPID framework, identifying and eliminating inefficiencies across regions. Leverage data analysis to inform process enhancements and ensure alignment with industry best practices globally.
· Performance & Risk Management: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for project health, operational efficiency, and overall RAPID framework effectiveness. Identify and mitigate operational and project risks proactively, collaborating with stakeholders globally to develop and implement contingency plans.
· Client Engagement Management: Partner with sales and technology practice leaders to assist with client engagements from initial pre-sales stage through project initiation, ensuring a smooth handoff and successful service execution across global teams.
Requirements
Knowledge & Skills
· Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
· PMP certification or equivalent project management certification, along with experience leading a PMO in a consulting environment.
· Demonstrated understanding of IT project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and experience with Scrum principles.
· Experience leading and managing teams, including business analysts, quality assurance specialists, project managers, and scrum masters.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate diverse cultural contexts.
· Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
