Key responsabilities:
- Provide front-line IT support, handle help desk tickets,assist new hires
- Troubleshoot software/hardware failures, maintain PC equipment inventory
- Conduct training programs for computer users, update documentation
- Support conference rooms, assist with special projects as needed
- Responsible for regular maintenance of PC equipment and relocations
