Job description

Telephone Account Manager


Salary: £28,000 + £5,000 commission


Reporting to: Sales Manager

 

Workplace: Homebased


 

The Role

 

An exciting opportunity has emerged to join our account management team, offering guidance, demonstrating return on investment, and providing value to a range of customers. You will be working as part of our Account Management team and work with a variety of other internal teams at Rightmove. You will be a key member in ensuring customers’ experience is valuable, easy and successful.

What you'll be doing

 

  • Proactively contacting a high-volume, existing account base to establish, build and maintain relationships via phone & video
  • Understand client needs to identify and conduct relevant training with customers to support the partnership
  • Interpret and explain customers performance data using internal tools to add value and demonstrate ROI
  • Achievement of weekly KPI’s and performance metrics relevant to business requirements. telephone meetings, quarterly contact rate, revenue and retention
  • Deliver new Rightmove initiatives and business campaigns to customers
  • Liaise with internal teams to build internal relationships and deliver the best outcomes for customers
  • Regular sharing of learnings to colleagues and key stakeholders internally to enhance service and product offering
  • Consistently create a positive sentiment and build value with our customers
  • Recording information in relevant databases and ensure CRM’s are kept up to date
  • Occasionally responding to new prospects with the relevant information after gaining an understanding of their business
