Qoo10は、eBay Japan合同会社が運営する日本国内向けのECモールです。

特に、川口春奈さんのCMでもおなじみの「メガ割」は、Z世代を中心に爆発的な人気を誇ります。

■本ポジションの役割と目的：

Qoo10のビューティーカテゴリーの更なる成長を担って頂ける優秀な人材を求めております。 
Qoo10においてビューティー商品（コスメ、ヘアケア、ボディケア、コンタクトレンズ、香水など様々）を販売する事業者の新規開拓(Qoo10への出店)、および自身が獲得した店舗への広告提案を行いQoo10の品揃え拡充とカテゴリーの売上/広告収入の拡大を推進するポジションです。

■職務内容：

・新規出店セラー様の開拓（ネットショップ/小売企業/卸/メーカー等、営業対象は日本国内のメーカー・店舗）。
・獲得したセラー様、及び既存セラー様への販売サポート/商品企画/広告提案など。
・個人およびチームの実績数値に対する目標達成遂行とその責任。

■必須経験：

即戦力となる方を募集しているため、必須条件は下記の通りです：

・正社員としての経験３年以上
・営業職(電話営業、訪問営業)３年以上（新規営業の経験あり）
・コスメ業界での勤務経験、またはコスメブランドの店舗勤務経験者、またはコスメを取り扱った業務経験（いずれの場合も３年以上の経験がより望ましい）
・Excel、Word、Outlook、PowerPointの使用経験

■以下のご経験がある場合は尚良し（優遇）： 
・複数のブランドを取り扱った業務経験
・ECサイト（自社サイトやECモール等）で販売経験
・大企業、メーカーなどと取引経験あり

■求めている人物像：

・コスメや美容が大好き／コスメオタク／普段からコスメ情報をよく追っている方
・自身のキャリアプランの中に、昇進やマネージャーになるビジョンがある方（会社での成長意欲がある方）
・社内外の対人関係(コミニケーション)を大切に出来る方。
・目標達成意識が高く、自分の目標に対し責任感/危機感を持って働ける方。
・目標に対する「効率」「優先順位」「スピード感」を特に意識して働ける方。
・求められる期待に応えようとする意識が強く、期待を喜び/モチベーションに変え働く原動力とすることが出来る方。

■学歴：

大学卒業以上が望ましいが学歴は大きな決め手にはならない。
