THE ROLE

You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following:

• Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports, forecasts, and projections
• Review and analyze financial statements and variances to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial models and tools to support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed to support business initiatives and projects
• Proactively identify and recommend opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency
• Assist in the preparation of materials for management meetings and presentations, including financial reports, business cases, and investment proposals

Requirements

• B2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software/ tools.
• Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
• BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Graduated with a college degree.
• Able to work 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 9 am-6 pm in US time zones.
• A quiet home office with a desk and office chair.
• Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed.
• A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone.
• Access to a backup place of work in case they suffer a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.

Benefits

• Our pay rate: is $6/hr (approx $960-1104/month).

• Pay rate increases by US$1/hr with each anniversary working with the same Client.
• Ongoing pay rate increments annually.
