We’re looking for a motivated Finance Services Manager to join our Treasury Safeguarding team. If you like investigating breaches, taking care of payments, and analysing variances, we’ve got something special for you ✨

You’ll work closely with many of our Treasury teams including Payments, Liquidity Management, and Expansion, along with Risk and Audit to deliver WOW for all things related to safeguarding ✨

What you’ll be doing

• Accurately processing payments to and from our safeguarding accounts

• Investigating and solving unexplained movements in our daily safeguarding processes

• Providing insight to management on volatility drivers and trends

• Identifying areas to optimise efficiency and controls, and driving the required changes

• Ensuring we hit daily regulatory deadlines

• Supporting external safeguarding audits

What you'll need

• Experience as a Treasury, Finance, or Payments Analyst or similar operational role

• Knowledge of how a balance sheet works

• Technological curiosity and the will to learn new skills (such as working with SQL, if not already familiar with it)

• The drive to understand a large amount of data and distil it into a simple message for stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience preparing audit samples and evidence

• An understanding of payments and settlements
