ServiceNow Architect

Our client, a leading multinational information technology services and consulting company is recruiting for a ServiceNow Architect to join their business in Germany.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design and develop complex technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform, aligning with business needs and industry best practices.
  

• Provide strategic recommendations around technical best practices and industry trends to clients.
  

• Lead initiatives across the ServiceNow ecosystem, focusing on modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
  

• Ensure robust integration with cloud computing and enterprise systems1.
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain integrations with other applications such as Active Directory, Jira, Azure board.
  

• Engineering & Configuration: ServiceNow platform engineering with ITSM Modules including Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Root and Configuration Management.
  

• Security Architecture: Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow security architecture would be beneficial.
  

• Communication & Management: An excellent communicator with the ability to manage the direction of a distributed development team and talk on a process level with clients.
  

• Technical Governance: Define, guide, and support the execution of technical governance processes, develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model, and assist in maintaining the health of the platform. 
  

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Certifications like ITIL, ITSM, and experience with ServiceNow releases are highly desirable.
  

SKILLS

• Proficiency in data modeling and database management principles.
  

• Knowledge of network protocols, software blades, and log analysis.
  

• Experience with HTML and understanding the ServiceNow competitive landscape
