Provide challenge, standards and practices for the organization to manage operational resiliency risk, crisis management and risk information.

What you'll do

  • Establish strategies and practices to manage risk response and crisis operations
  • Oversee risk assessment and response protocols
  • Lead operations in a crisis operations centre as needed
  • Partner across the organization to assess and influence risk decisions
  • Prepare FCC to manage through crisis, including the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program
  • Provide insight on governance, risk and compliance by using best practices

  • In-depth understanding of risk management practices in financial institutions
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategy development
