Roles of the position
1. Support the implementation of CRM, ComLIMS and LIMS or both in the labs or business units that don’t currently use them.
2. CRM and ComLIMS database management throughout the Division.
3. Contribution to- and deployment of any further tasks and projects assigned by your superior, related to marketing, sales, production and business development/performance.
CRM responsibilities:
4. Support to the customization/configuration of the tool to the business requirements (e.g. definition of concepts, fields, lists, rules, naming conventions, form and report templates, guidelines, language settings, etc.)
5. Contribute to the reinforcement of the use of the tool throughout the Division
6. Support to users, provision of access & rights
7. Support to CRM responsible in preparing materials for user training and support
8. Support to data quality & integrity (data source integrity, account ownership rules, avoidance of duplicates, etc.)
ComLIMS responsibilities
10. Maintenance of the pricing in the ERP along with the production teams
11. Ensure that the complete service offer is contained in the ERP
12. Contribute to the customization of the extractable (from ComLIMS), structured and well documented sales catalogues
13. Maintain the necessary links between ComLIMS, CRM a LIMS.
DMS and other minor tools
14. Support to maintenance of the tools and troubleshooting.
