Business Development Manager (VIC)

Our client, a dynamic forward-thinking company is searching for a Senior Account Executive to join their dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for those who thrive for the pursuit of new opportunities, excel at uncovering and seizing new business prospects, and are adept at deepening and broadening their clients' presence within current accounts. Operating in the competitive and evolving legal tech industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving our clients' growth by targeting Law firms.

What you will do:

Strategically Build Your Pipeline: Proactively hunt and prospect new clients, crafting a robust pipeline that contributes to the company's growth objectives.

Achieve and Surpass Sales Goals: Your mission is to meet and exceed your revenue targets, turning your strategic plans into successful sales victories.

Strategic Account Management: Develop comprehensive strategies to manage, retain, and grow your accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.

Understand and Anticipate Needs: Become an expert in understanding client requirements, leveraging this insight to uncover new business opportunities and tailor solutions that resonate.

Forge Strong Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring their needs are met, issues are resolved, and their experience with our company is second to none.

Negotiate and Close Deals: Use your sharp negotiation skills to finalize contracts and agreements, securing the best outcomes for both the client and the company.

Drive Engagement and Insights: Gather feedback, engage clients continuously throughout the sales cycle, and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.

Who you are:

A proven track record in enterprise SAAS sales, with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in the legal tech sector.

Experience in sales to law firms

A strategic thinker with a knack for developing plans that expand customer base and drive market growth.

Exceptional communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.

An analytical mind that can navigate through complex data to identify trends and opportunities.

Adept at working across departments, and aligning multiple stakeholders towards common goals.

Results-driven, with a consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Possess strong negotiation skills and business acumen, with the ability to solve problems creatively.
