The role: 

We are looking for an inhouse recruiter that is responsible to lead our internal recruitment efforts as we are growing rapidly. This contract is for 12 months, with the opportunity to extend. 

Your Impact @ Matchr:

In your role as an inhouse recruiter you will be responsible to hire the next wave of talent for Matchr. You wont leave any stone unturned to reduce our time to hire, build talent pools, improve our employer branding, make our recruitment process more efficient all with the goal to hire outstanding talent 

What you will be bringing to Matchr:

  • Relevant experience (4+ years) in inhouse recruitment and strong preference for 2+ years of recruitment agency experience
  • Experience working in a high growth environment, a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment with a very hands-on attitude
  • Experience recruiting in the European market 
  • Good experience with stakeholder management and building scalable recruitment processes
