Job description

Founded in 2012, RTB House offers marketing solutions that allow the biggest brands and media agencies to activate retargeting and branding campaigns. 

The company works with more than 3,500 advertisers (retail, travel, classified, telco, beauty, auto...).

What you will do:

  • Recruit, train and manage an enterprise sales team (10 people)
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve quarterly sales targets
  • Engage personally in the acquisition of key prospects
  • Take full responsibility for the sales cycle from prospecting to launch of the campaigns
  • Support account management team in managing client relationships
  • Example KPIs: Revenue & margin, number of launched advertisers, sales team retention

What we are looking for:

  • 12+ years of experience in direct sales working in the online environment 
  • 5+ years in sales team management
  • Knowledge of performance marketing, programmatic buying, and RTB model
  • A strong understanding of the performance campaigns (retargeting) 
  • Must have extensive contacts at tier-1 advertisers and top media agencies
  • Ability to understand customers’ needs and requirements and translate these into profitable solutions for both the customers and the company
  • Strong influence with exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business
  • Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and high energy
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Native French and fluency in English

Main objectives:

  • Within 1 month since hire: Completing of onboarding program
  • Within 3 months since hire: Participating in 1st meeting with the sellers, attending meeting with clients, master the sales pitch and the sales cycle
  • Within 6 months since hire: Setting up goals, managing sales activities, approaching tier-1 prospects, defining the sales strategy for the next 6 months
