The Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Sourcer will manage employment applications, coordinate candidate interviews, and provide sourcing support to the team. This fully remote position is the perfect opportunity for someone who is early in their TA career and ready to make an impact.

Responsibilities


  • Responsible for high-volume candidate and applicant management/tracking
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates to attract a diverse candidate pool using CRM, databases, employee referrals, job boards, networking, etc.
  • Manage recruiting process utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (JobDiva) to maintain accurate record keeping of our pipeline
  • Schedule, follow up, conduct candidate interview preps
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for upcoming hiring needs
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience to applicants throughout their recruiting, hiring and onboarding process
  • Assist the team with ad hoc projects, key initiatives and other tasks as needed, experience with reporting, data management, excel (pivot tables, charts )


Qualifications


  • 1-2 years of experience in a Recruiting related role (Admin, Coordinator, Assistant), or prior Internship experience
  • High energy, self-motivated team player with a great attitude who can work with grace under pressure
  • Great attention to detail, organized, and committed individual with a drive to provide excellent at all touch points
  • Ability to pivot priorities in a fast-paced environment
