Job Description

We are looking for experienced Healthcare Recruiters to help our clients with sourcing, selection and hiring of talent. Recruiters will also be responsible for developing new recruiting strategies and communicating with clients on the process, status, and feedback of all candidates.


Requirements & Duties

  • College educated
  • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
  • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
  • Will schedule interviews and perform full-cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals
  • Must be comfortable answering calls
  • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
  • Healthcare software knowledge is a plus, BUT not required (such as Wellsky)​
  • Experience using any Applicant Tracking System, Scheduling system, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Experience using any Customer Relationship Management tool is a plus
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)


Compensation and Benefits

  • Up to PHP 42,500 a month (Based on experience)
  • 100% Remote (Permanent work from home)
