What contribution will I make to Helen of Troy?
This position will be responsible for all marketing related activities of OXO, Hydro Flask and Osprey brand across Asia Pacific region with primary focus on Japan market.
What you will be doing:
Maximize brand exposure and market share by developing and implementing marketing campaigns including social media and events for different brands in focus markets within the APAC region.
Establish and maintain well connections with all business partners and internal stakeholders to provide support for a wide spectrum of brands.
Work closely with the business partners to develop various programs and plans, ensuring all are implemented properly as agreed on schedule and on budget.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPI) for each campaign and provide data-driven improvement action plan.
Collect consumer and market insights, identify trends, consumers behaviors through marketing activities, consumer feedback and market research for strategic decision making.
Manage all the internal and external approval processes and system to ensure the marketing campaign and material can be launched on agreed schedule.
Manage marketing expenditure, budget monitoring and reports.
Conduct product training when needed.
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
Operational experience with different stakeholders: e.g. working with advertising agency, design house, regulatory agency etc.
Work with detail and patience. Have a can-do attitude and work diligently to achieve tasks on time, on target and with tight schedules.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese & English, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various levels and cultural backgrounds.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC and SMO.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university in Business or Marketing related discipline.
4 + years in Outdoor and/or lifestyle brands with solid brand and marketing.
Experience in working with Japan market and at least one of the key Asia Pacific Markets (South Korea/ China/ Australia).
Experience in all social and online marketing.
