We’re looking for a visionary Head of Brand and Growth who will drive our marketing strategy to enhance our brand visibility. You’ll be responsible for generating high-quality leads, managing the marketing funnel, and creating impactful campaigns that align with our mission. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for growth, we want you to help us transform the healthcare landscape in emerging markets.

The ideal candidate will excel in strategic marketing, team leadership, and achieving key performance metrics.

As our Head of Brand and Growth, you will be required to: 

  • Develop a compelling vision and marketing strategy for our products, informed by in-depth market research, user needs, and competitive analysis. 
  • Create and implement initiatives to generate high-quality inbound and outbound leads.
  • Optimize the marketing funnel and oversee customer acquisition, ensuring effective lead conversion.
  • Develop effective marketing campaigns for new market launches to increase brand awareness (e.g., direct digital, print, and online campaigns, website content, and promotional materials)
  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets, track performance metrics, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders (i.e., decision-makers for our corporate accounts).
  • Build and lead a high-performing team to executive the marketing strategy, providing clear direction, mentorship, and support to achieve objectives.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be based in Nigeria.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, with a proven track record of driving brand growth and managing comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Experience working in healthcare is a plus, not a must. 
  • Owned and managed P&L, demonstrating strong accountability in driving business performance. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital and traditional marketing channels, including content marketing, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.), and data analysis software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and represent the company effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
