System Administrator – Endpoints Security Administrator (EPM)

Your Mission

As a System Administrator – Endpoints Security EPM Administrator, your mission is to provide end to end support on the CyberArk EPM platform. This to manage, secure, support and implement new security features.

As a member of the IT infrastructure group, you will be involved to structure, grow, and adapt the existing and continuous evolving endpoints environment. The business context of this evolution is global (100+ sites, 35+ countries) and caters to internal and external for varied workloads.

 

Your Role & Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the different business departments and IT teams to gather their requirements on a business level.
  • Work closely with the different IT security teams to get endpoint secured based on the different security regulations and compliance’s.
  • Plan deployment, coordinate and troubleshooting of CyberARK agent.
  • Upgrade, and patching of CyberArk agent globally.
  • Analyse and document Applications usage on endpoints
  • Create, adjust CyberArk policies based on business and security requirements.
  • Develop and enforce security policies related to Endpoint Privilege Management
  • Manage accounts, groups and credentials following CAE security policies.
  • Monitoring and proactive remediation on regular basis
  • Creating reports for higher management showcasing EPM metrics and evolution
  • Work with latest and greatest technologies available on the market.
  • Develop, document, planning, structure and lead initiatives.

 

Your Qualifications

Soft skills

  • Strong understanding of endpoints security principles and privilege management
  • Teamwork and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be a continuous learner and a self starter.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work.
  • Meticulous and organized.

Technical skills

  • Strong knowledge of CyberARK EPM technologies
  • Strong knowledge of security baselines and policies (Intune policies and GPO’s)
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, ITIL methodologies and processes

Requirements

  • Able to work in the EST timezone.
  • Bilingual (French and English). The latter is the most important for this role.
  • You can work from anywhere in Canada (100% remote).
  • Able to pass a background check.
