Job description

Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions using providers such as AWS and Azure.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and availability of cloud infrastructure and services.
Ensure the security of cloud environments through the implementation of security best practices, including identity and access management, network security, and encryption.
Develop and maintain documentation related to cloud architecture, configurations, and procedures.
Collaborate with development teams to design and deploy cloud-native applications and services.
Automate deployment, scaling, and management of cloud infrastructure using CI/CD pipelines and orchestration tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes, or Docker.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud infrastructure-related issues, resolving them in a timely and effective manner.
Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies, features, and best practices, and apply them to improve infrastructure and services.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments of cloud environments.
Manage and optimize cloud costs through efficient resource management and cost monitoring.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for cloud services.
Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud infrastructure.
Provide training and guidance to other IT staff and stakeholders on cloud infrastructure and best practices.
Participate in the planning and execution of cloud migration projects, including scoping, development, testing, and deployment.
Lead the design and implementation of hybrid cloud solutions, integrating on-premises infrastructure with cloud environments.
Generate and analyze reports on cloud infrastructure usage, performance, and security incidents.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud infrastructure management.
Respond to and resolve escalated support tickets related to cloud infrastructure in a timely and effective manner.
Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine cloud infrastructure tasks.
Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of cloud infrastructure with existing systems and processes.
Coordinate with cloud service providers for issue resolution and service enhancements.
