With your responsibility to provide excellent customer service and sales support to both existing and potential customers, you will play a key position in our organisation. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.



What wood you do?

Sales

  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and close deals

  • Perform product demonstrations and provide training sessions for your customers

  • Process orders and coordinate deliveries

  • Support in the preparation of sales materials and customer lists

  • Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless customer experience and create and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with our customers and partners


Customer Support

  • Support your clients in proper usage of the platform by providing customer service, answering questions and resolving complaints

  • Track and maintain a good overview of all relevant customer data and follow up on this

  • Oversee and support financial administration
